To give the 14,000 sq. ft. facility a traditional barn ambience, Hillsgrove clad the cement walls in local granite and extended its use to freestanding walls, benches and other installations throughout the grounds. Symbolic of Alnoba’s welcoming atmosphere is the massive 12’ x 16’ fireplace built of New Hampshire and Maine granite, providing a warm haven where visitors can meet, work and learn together.
